Fran

 

     An artist, a mother, and a lady of remarkable creativity, Fran Hanks is a soul to behold.  Mother of Kittin and Bel, and Grandmother to Bela, who is the shining star of her life, Fran is the overseer of the land at Wolvenwold. 

 

     Graciously, she has offered her space as a place where we can get together every year to celebrate the seasons.  Fran has a great respect for the life on this land, and is very careful about leaving it to do what it needs to do to survive.  She has been interested in repairing the land to its indigenous state for several years now, and works with neighboring  farmers to keep certain parts of the land maintained.
