This schedule is constantly being updated and is growing daily, so keep checking back! Please plan to bring a blanket, or a chair with you to these events, unless they are on the main stage. (Or simply pull up a piece of grass!) This is a guideline only, times may change, things may happen, pagan standard time is a fact of life... but we'll try to keep as organized as possible, so that everyone will have the opportunities to attend everything they want to!

8:00 AM - Gates Open, Festival Begins!
9:00 PM: Meet & Greet - Hosted by Beltana & family Come meet the Wolvenwold family, your staff, our special Beltane guests, and find out what's going on this weekend! Everyone is welcome and encouraged to come. (Main Field)
10:00 PM: Drum Circle & Dancing - Facilitated by Joe Credit III Bring your drum, shake your booty, feel the rhythm, worship to the groove! (Lizard's Lair)
Saturday, May 10
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Beltane ritual history lesson & rehearsal prep - Holly, Bel & MJ will take us through a look at may baskets, maying, and what you can do to help us with this evening's ritual! Please bring a small basket and a small gift (something with meaning to you or to the one(s) who will receive your gift, inexpensive token(s) of your love and friendship). We'll have a few baskets on hand, but supplies may be limited so try to bring your own!
1:00 - 2:00 PM: Family Story Time - With W Lyon Martin Come listen as Lyon reads from her books Watchers and Aidan's First Full Moon Circle. Parents please attend with your children for fun time, stories and questions. The books are geared for the young child ages 3-6. Adult children welcome, too! (Serenity Circle)
2:00 - 3:00 PM: Cats and Dogs; How to Keep Them Happy & Healthy With Jen Come join us in A basic animal care and information seminar about dogs and cats. (Camp Steve)
3:00 - 4:00 PM: Healing Circle - With Bel & others Various Reiki practitioners, bodyworkers, aromatherapists, and healing vessels of all disciplines convene to do healing work. Come to offer it, or come to receive it. (Healing Circle)
4:00 - 5:00 PM: Ghost Hunting
and Spirit Communication - Jamie Fierro & Ron Mosier In this hour long workshop, Jamie Fierro, an experienced
paranormal investigator, will be bringing her equipment, evps, photographs,
humor and experience to demonstrate a hands on course on what paranormal
investigators do, and how they do it. Following this portion Ron Mosier
will then lead a small ritual to aid in parting the veil and offer those of us
who would like to communicate with our ancestors or other spiritual guides an
opportunity to do so, in a safe and positive environment. We will have paper,
pencils and other mediums available for any who may wish to sketch or write down
their experiences. (Cedar Grove)

6:00 - 7:00 PM: Ritual Prep - Main Ritual Crew (Backstage)
7:00 - 7:30 PM: Main Ritual - Holly, Beltana, Kittin, MJ, Ron Mosier, and more... "A Celebration of Spring; The Blessing of the MayQueen & Stag King" Join your friendly pagan folk in welcoming in Spring with the presentation of the flowered crown, and the introduction of the new MayQueen. Come celebrate and let her bestow her gifts and Spring Blessings upon you!!! (Eldritch Grove)
7:30-8:30 PM: Feast Prep Time - Make something to share with the community, and bring it down to the feasting tables! Bring eating utensils. Please label clearly, if vegetarian, thank you. (individual campsites)
8:30 PM: Feast! - Come share in the bounty of the Beltane feast! (In Front of Main Stage)

Naturally Enchanted - Joy has a shop nearby in West Plains, and we welcome her to Wolvenwold for her first time! She'll be offering Fairies, oils, trolls, a little Celtic jewelry, sage and a couple dragon spell cauldrons, and wood wind chimes.
Work Weekends:
Every weekend from now til the fest! If you'd like to come out and help, just call us!
Also Seeking Setup/Teardown Crew: We're seeking a crew of about five or six adults who are willing to come out a day or two early and help setup canopies, registration, stage, etc., and help us tear down at the close of the fest. Contact us ASAP if you'd like to do this, you'll get a very special discounted rate on your admission to the fest.
